- NOTE: You will need to research and find 3 sites you like that are similar to your own business or I can show you three sites. At our consultation, we can discuss what you do and do not like about these sites. This will provide us with a visual idea of what is required. Guess work is not acceptable and can cause misunderstanding and confusion.
- There is a difference between web design and appearing on the first page of Google. Please be aware that it does not matter if you have the most fantastic site in the world, appearing on the first page of Google may never happen, unless potential customers enter the actual name of your website or business in Google.
- Prices for designing a site can vary from one person to the next. As an example, for a 4 page site with a few photos and basic/standard text, the cost will be £150. Add more pages, photos and text and this price will increase.

- A 30% deposit, depending on the number of pages to be designed, is required on agreement of these Terms of Business. An invoice will be emailed to you and work will commence once payment is received and cleared.
- Once the site has been completed and is ready for upload to the internet, the balance will be due and an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
- Amendments, updates and re-
uploads to your website will be charged at an hourly rate, starting from £25. If you prefer to spread the cost of your website, the monthly fee will be £40. - If you require a domain name to be found and purchased on your behalf, please specify the name you desire, if known, or one can be sourced for you. The fee for this will be whatever the actual cost is plus, a £5 transaction fee.
